A girl walks into a 28-day addiction treatment center... and stays for a year.

"Lightweight" is the darkly comedic story of creator and performer Amie Enriquez's real-life journey through rehab to recover from eating disorders while simultaneously trying to survive her ignorant parents, incompetent therapists, the nagging ghost of a dead music icon, a codependent relationship with a new patient, and flirty encounters with unaccompanied pastries.

Told from the perspective of several characters, with samples of Amie's journal entries and art therapy creations from her time in treatment, you don't want to miss this "perfectly pitched examination of the nature of addiction and denial" (The Stage)
